Several unannounced Gearbox Software games were revealed over the weekend, not because of loose lips or backend scraping but via the ever-reliable route of a prematurely updated LinkedIn profile.
As reported by Eurogamer, a former technical director who worked at Gearbox support studio Lost Boys referenced the existence of Borderlands 4, Tiny Tina's Wonderlands 2, and a new entry in the Brothers in Arms franchise in a since-deleted LinkedIn post.
None of these titles is shocking and makes a lot of sense. Gearbox has previously said players should expect another Tiny Tina game, and CEO Randy Pitchford acknowledged the existence of a new Brothers in Arms game. However, it hasn't been formally announced. And did anyone think there wouldn't be another Borderlands game? We might see the reveal of one or even some of these titles at The Game Awards.
Gearbox is owned by the embattled Embracer Group, which is reportedly interested in selling the studio. IGN's sources suggest Embracer has struggled to find a buyer willing to pay the asking price.

What do you think of this latest leak? Which of these titles most strikes your fancy? Let us know in the private, secure forum of the comments section below.

A new Brothers in Arms game?? ... very much hope so
The thing that strikes me most is that are still developing their new games in UE4....
Also, this person clearly violated their NDA.
Skills: not a team player, leaks projects for self gain on LinkedIn after just 3 months remote work.
@evan23 especially ironic as “Contract Law” is first on their skills list.
I have no faith in Gearbox after BL3. That game really showed how badly new writers were needed with how awful the character development was, cutscenes not making any sense and humor being stuck in the early 2000s and being dragged out. Apparently Tiny Tina's wonderlands is no better which is a shame.
i pray they release bl4 before i hit my 30s 🙏😔
WHERE'S GODFALL 2?????????
Uninterested in all 3 of these, good stuff by GB as usual
@Nepp67 The game was fun though. Story, not so much.
@SPGFan34 I would play it at some point. Godfall was super fun and addicting.
As for Borderlands, I would probably play the new game (one or two years after release, cheap complete edition), but it is clearly only for the gunplay and explosions.
There is nothing funny anymore and the cringe levels are just skyhigh.
Borderlands sure fine with 4+ existing, Tiny Tina fair it was good for a spin off. Godfall 2 would be interesting it had potential I appreciated it.
Brothers in Arms...... hmmmmmmm but then again people have been waiting years since Hell's Highway. Will it ever happen.
Then again no idea how Gearbox are but sure if they consider the IP/whatever their management sure...
I mean do people want WW2/other war stories still? We have what with COD nowadays? Cold War? Modern day/modern eras in a way leading to matching present day?
What are companies/studios willing to go for, cover of themes/setting/story. What trends of game design even? Do we even have tactical shooters anymore? I assume some but you don't hear about them as much. Besides even sniper games still being a thing.
Will it be open world and compete with Tom Clancy games? Probably wouldn't it ehhhhhhh I hope not sizeable regions/small or medium sandboxes or linear but not open world and outposts not interested in that. Socom doesn't exist anymore either.
I enjoyed Brothers in Arms Hell's Highway, the story was great/characters, the gameplay on Normal for me was hard as ever but I got through it, man want an experience.
I'll get to the others eventually on PS2 or Xbox, the PSP entry at some point. I've researched the series enough.
I enjoy the old modern shooters campaigns no doubt, bought up MOH/COD on PS2 but that's the thing is if we see things in the current era happen then just me buying up more legacy IPs that covered old wars of any type in campaigns or a Brothers in Arms multiplayer only either.
Mildly excited...
@Turion Yes! I recently picked it up at Cex for £6 and it's been the perfect game for chilling out and creating the most destructive builds you possibly can when it's a Sunday afternoon and you are exhausted. Beautiful graphics and not perfect by any means, but it got a lot better with updates after some negativity at launch. I feel like I have no idea what the sales figures were like though, but it wasn't a traditional live service game so a sequel would expand the idea enough. Not bothered about Borderlands though, never played it so I have no strong feelings either way on that franchise.
